A soothing glass of turmeric, honey, cinnamon powder, and black pepper in A2 milk before bed. Not only does it taste delicious, but the amino acids in turmeric A2 milk can also promote relaxation and improve sleep quality, while honey and cinnamon powder gives you the delicious taste you need after a long, hectic day.

Ingredients:

1 cup of warm A2 milk

1/4 tbsp of raw and unpasteurized honey

1/2 tbsp of ground Ceylon cinnamon powder

1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder

A pinch of black pepper

Method:

  1. Heat the A2 milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add ground cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the milk into a mug and add raw honey.
  4. You can sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top for garnish.
  5. Sip slowly and enjoy the comforting warmth of this bedtime drink.
