Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe beetroot bulbs (steamed and peeled)
  • 1/4 cup cacoa powder
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

 Method:

  1. Steam the beetroot bulbs until tender, then allow them to cool before peeling.
  2. Cut the cooked and peeled beetroot into chunks and place them in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add cacoa powder, raw honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Transfer the dip to a bowl once it reaches your desired consistency.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
