Here is a natural face mask that will leave your skin hydrated and radiant. The chia seeds face mask feeds your skin with essential oils and adequate hydration. Try this easy chia seeds face mask today!

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 2 tbsp water

- 1 tsp raw unpasteurized honey

- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 1 tbsp oatmeal (ground or finely blended)

- 1 tbsp plain curd (A2 curd)

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 10-15 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.
  2. Add honey and lemon juice to the chia seed gel and mix well.
  3. Gradually stir in oatmeal until a thick, spreadable paste forms.
  4. Blend in plain curd until well combined.
  5. Apply the mixture evenly to clean the face, avoiding the eye area.
  6. Let the mask sit for 15 minutes.
  7. Gently rinse off with lukewarm water, using circular motions to exfoliate with oatmeal, then pat dry.
  8. Follow up with moisturiser.

This mask combines the hydrating and softening properties of chia seeds, honey, and curd with the exfoliating effects of oatmeal, leaving your skin nourished, refreshed, and revitalized.
