Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Roast the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds for 2 minutes and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the roasted steel-cut oats, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, nuts, and dried fruits. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mix to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
  4. Use your oats and seeds mix as a topping for yogurt, cereal, or salads, or enjoy it on its own as a snack.
