Add a about 10 gm of oil to about 100 gm of the Ubtan powder. Add sufficient water or milk to make a smooth paste. Apply Ubtan gently on your chest, arms, legs and back. On face, avoid area around eyes. Use very gentle and tiny strokes in circular motion to cleanse the skin. Don't let the Ubtan dry too much on your skin. Wash thoroughly with lukewarm water or warm sponge bath.
