Bajra flour is used to prepare roti's. It is sometimes added to wheat flour, creating a composite flour, which is used to prepare various breads. Its addition to wheat flour creates a darker-colored baked end-product, and also alters the flavor of the product.

Visit to BrandIn case a product is damaged upon delivery and you choose not to accept the consignment due to it being torn or damaged, a replacement will be provided to you ad a refund may also be processed depending upon investigation and circumstances of each case.
An order can be cancelled by a customer before the order is packed. In case of a refund, it shall be processed within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
- We offer free shipping across India for orders above Rs 999 /- . We ship all over India, wherever a courier service is available.
- Next Day Delivery in Mumbai – Order should be placed before 2pm. People ordering after 2 pm on Saturdays will get their order on Monday.
- Items will be shipped within 24 hours and delivery will take up to 2 working days depending on the delivery address.
Exchanges
Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following exceptional cases:
- Packets that have live or dead insects or where the product has gone bad at the time of delivery/ or where the products are stale at the time of delivery.
- Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- Products have expired by the time of delivery.
Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
Cancellations
- An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been packed by us.
- If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
- Ikaiorganic reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, the exchange item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, i.e. – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately in case the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can examine the issue and take the correct measures to resolve it.
