"For Skin: Step 1: Take a few drops of oil and gently massage all over the face and body. Step 2: Add a few drops to your homemade face packs for extra moisture. Step 3: Can be used in the AM and PM. For Hair: Step 1: Warm the oil slightly and gently massage it into the scalp. Step 2: Leave it on for about at least an hour, or overnight.
