The Indian Damask pink rose blooms only twice a year & that's the one we use. This special variety of rose comes from the pure & pristine hills of Pushkar, Rajasthan.
We use Ayurvedic methods to create this magical recipe. We layer out the rose petals and natural sugar candy/Mishri. The mixture is, then, slowly cooked in natural sun heat. This preserves the nutrients, strong flavor, and aroma of the Gulkand.

SUN COOKED INDIAN DAMASK ROSE: Our Organic, Ayurvedic Gulkand is made from fresh pink roses from the hills of Pushkar, Rajasthan. We suncook these roses along with natural sugar candy. This traditional Ayurvedic process of making our rose petal jam helps retain the natural aroma, taste, and nutritional benefit of the roses.
