This inspired her to develop recipes to make it easier for families to include tasty millet dishes and even satisfy the pickiest of palates, so they too can experience the benefits of millets.Ruchika�s mission was driven by millets being not only healthy, but also beneficial to the environment and economy of the farmer community.
