Sprouting is a process where seeds & grains when soaked in water for a certain period of time, germinate, and put out shoots activating all the nutrients. The sprouts are then dehydrated using Solar conduction drying technology which enhances absorption of Vitamins, Minerals, proteins & enzymes. The dehydrated sprouts are then milled into flour. Nihkan's Super Legumes Mix flour is a blend of 7 lentils & beans which are highly nutritious & a source of high protein in your diet.

You can directly use the Nihkan's Super Legumes Mix flour or mix with any other flour to make healthy & fiber rich Protein flour. For making Cheelas/crepes - Mix in water. Add chopped onions, ginger, salt, pepper, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fresh coriander leaves.  Make cheelas on hot non stick pan.    For making baby meal/porridge - Mix in water, and boil for 5 mins. Add jaggery powder. serve.   For making baby meal/khichdi - Mix in water and rice powder, and boil for 5 mins. Add turmeric, salt, cumin powder. Cook for another 5 mins. And ready.    For making instant protein drink- Mix in water , add salt and chaat masala. ready to drink.
