Whole rose petals infused with oolong leaves give a smooth and sweet flavour, reminiscent of gulkand. It’s cooling effect makes it perfect for an iced summer drink. This loose leaf tea can be re-brewed at least twice, making a total of about 50 cups. To prepare an iced tea, add 2g of tea and 2 sugar cubes to 200ml of cool water and keep the mixture in the refrigerator. Take it out after about 8 hours, filter the leaves and enjoy your perfectly "cold brewed" iced tea. Teas are a seasonal produce and thus flavours keep changing, and that’s good!
