Kodo sourced is grown from the hills above 7500 to 8000 feet height. Flour being offered is from *Gharat* or cold grinding(Water Mill) and is natural as per natural farming practices. Unlike steel rolling, where rollers heat up the flour and deteriorate most of the minerals and vitamins, water milling retains all of the nutrients. Deep Soil Kodo Millet Flour is rich in Iron ,Folic acid, Copper, Zinc and Dietary Fibre. Its gluten free component is essential for managing signs and symptoms of celiac disease and other major health conditions associated with gluten . The Deep Soil has initiated reviving the traditional pahadi method of grinding flours known as Gharat . We have ethically sourced and milled cold pressed millet flours, cold pressed oils and a2 desi pahadi cow�s ghee . Gharat ka Atta is cold-grinded wheat flour that is only found in the Himalayas. Unlike steel rolling, where rollers heat up the flour and deteriorate most of the minerals and vitamins, water milling retains all of the nutrients.
