Jowar Is grown using traditional farming methods. Due to its cooling properties, it is usually consumed during summers. This light or beige flour, with its mildly sweet flavour, is perfect for making the traditional Indian bhakri. Keeps you fuller and adds satiety to smaller meals.

*A2 Ghee 250gms :*
An age old Indian kitchen staple which has lasted through customs, traditions, religions and nutritional fads. Our Ghee is made via the bilona (hand churning) process from the desi cow's A2 milk helping it retain its nutrient value.


Storage: In an air tight container in a cool dry place

Once opened, seal and store in the package/air tight jar. Flour needs to be refrigerated if not used daily. 

Jowar Flour :  Knead into a dough using warm water and use the dough fresh. A2 Ghee :  As a subsitute for oil/butter, on a hot roti or even just a teaspoon in rice preprations. It's high smoking point makes it a great use for almost anything.
