Once flours are opened, seal and store in refrigerator in the packet/air tight jar. Ghee can be stored in the glass jar itself ini a cool dry place.
Nachni Flour : Knead into a dough using warm water and use the dough fresh to make traditional rotlas / bhakri.Barley Flour : Mix 3/4th cup water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 cup barley flour and cover with a wet cloth for 15 - 20 mins before making your regular rotis.A2 Ghee: As a subsitute for oil/butter, on a hot roti or even just a teaspoon in rice preprations. It's high smoking point makes it a great use for almost anything.
