• Within 11 days of delivery, you may return or replace any Anmol baby Carriers for a full refund, no questions asked.

• Returns will be subject to a flat price of Rs. 500, while exchanges will be free.

• Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include: all purchased accessories, lumbar support, droolers, soft toys, baby shoes, tote bags, blanket, Infinity/ Nursing scarf and gift cards.

• You have the option of exchanging a damaged or incorrect merchandise.

• After the carrier is received at our facility and examined, your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days and credited to your source account.

• If the service is offered in your area's pin code, reverse pick-up may be possible. If the pick-up is unsuccessful the second time, the return shipment will be your responsibility.
