-Noodles Recipe



    • In a large pot bring 5 cups of water to boil. Add 1 tsp salt and a few drops of oil. Once boiled then add noodles. Cook on a medium flame. It takes 8-9 min. to cook approx.

    • When the noodle is cooked, drain noodle water in a sieve and wash the noodle with cold water.

    • In a separate pan heat oil or butter. Add chopped onions& garlic let them cook until brown then add chopped veggies & stir for about 2-3 min. Add sauce and stir again.

    • Now add the tastemaker available in the packet, mix well & cook on medium heat. If thick add noodle water. Garnish noodles with cream & fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
