To make Curry Leaves Rice:
1) Cook rice and cool it.
2) Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add mustard, and let it crackle.
3) Add peanuts and roast till golden. Turn off the gas.
4) Add the required quantity of the curry powder and stir.
5) Pour this over cooled rice, mix well and serve.
Use as Chutney powder:
1) Add sesame oil to this powder to make it a tasty accompaniment.
Use this to coat your idlis. The dry powder can be sprinkled on hot Dosas.
