Done with the hustle bustle of the busy city life, in 2010, four friends decided to venture off to green patches of Megahlaya to begin farming and engage with nature.�The company was founded by a group of like-minded people who believed in creating a food chain that is good for you and the earth. For the past decade we have all been working to integrate the farms and the processing so as to bring to you unadulterated, uncontaminated, good quality organic food. �IKAI is a group of passionate farmers, food processors and food lovers. Some belonging to tribes that have traditionally practiced natural, inclusive and sustainable methods of farming and primary processing. The rest have adopted a more scientific way. What binds us all is the fact that we believe that nature is not to be interfered with. �For the travelers and food lovers, who are curious and experimental with cooking.
