Our garlic mustard is all about pungency to the max. Made using our yellow mustard grains and a variety of "pahadi" garlic, packing a punch. The sort of paste that tingles the tip of your tongue. All our mustards are vegan and handmade. They are created with the intention of giving, not only a new setting to the people’s relationship with mustard, but also of coming up with new creative uses of local and traditional ingredients. For their preparation we use small-scale artisanal methods such as ageing and curing of the mustard grains and stone grinding to maintain the integrity of our ingredients. Our mustards are available in different textures from whole grain to coarsely ground to a slightly pastier consistency. There are no preservatives, additives or flavour enhancers of any sort. Vegan and handmade in small batches.

The mustard grains used and most of the other raw material is grown on our farm in Uttarakhand and the varieties are all desi (indigenous), so no hybrid and no GMO. So you're helping the bees out as well as yourselves by eating these mustards. Not to mention the farmer in the middle of it all.
Moreover, in addition to being a delicious flavour enhancer, our mustards are vegan and so suitable for all consumers. And mustards, as a whole, prepared with natural fruit vinegars are a good condiment to keep the digestive tract functioning like it should.
Our products are free of additives and preservatives so keeping them in the fridge or in a cool dry pantry is best. Even though mustard is a naturally preserving item and the natural fruit vinegar in it helps with the natural preservation, better to be safe than sorry is what we always say.
In the summer months, if you live in areas where the summer is extremely hot, don't consume copious amounts of mustard because it is, at the end of the day, a heating substance large amounts of which aren't good for you at a time of year when everything is warm.
