SUN-COOKED INDIAN DAMASK ROSE: Our Gulkand is made from high-quality pink-colored fresh Indian Rose Petals from the HaldiGhati, Rajasthan. Unlike boiling/heating, we sun cook these roses along with sugar which retains delicate flavor compounds present in rose petals and concentrates them slowly & gently. This traditional process of making our rose petal jam helps retain the natural aroma, taste, and nutritional benefit of the roses.

NATURAL & VEGAN JAM: Free from added pesticides and artificial treatments, the core nutritive benefit of the roses is preserved in this jam. We make sure that no artificial color or flavor is added to it. This gives you our Gulkand which is 100% natural. We use only Indian Damask pink roses which bloom only twice a year to make this healthy mix. Known for its exquisite fragrance, the use of this rose makes this Gulkand a supremely premium quality.
