How to Use Nasya Drop?
Place the bottle in a bowl of warm water until the Nasya liquefies. Lean your head back and put 2-5 drops of Nasya in each nostril, allowing the liquid to flow deep into the nasal passage and head.
- Use steam or a hot towel compress on the face to loosen up the toxins.
- Continue to lay down with the head tilted for 5 minutes, sit up and spit out the mucus secretions.
- In the cold seasons, try to warm the oil slightly before application.
- It should be taken after teeth brushing, before breakfast, before going outside, and after coming home in the evening.
