The Deep Soil has initiated reviving the traditional pahadi method of grinding flours known as Gharat . We have ethically sourced and milled cold pressed millet flours, cold pressed oils and a2 desi pahadi cow�s ghee . Gharat ka Atta is cold-grinded wheat flour that is only found in the Himalayas. Unlike steel rolling, where rollers heat up the flour and deteriorate most of the minerals and vitamins, water milling retains all of the nutrients. This ancient Atta is making a comeback through The Deep Soil's efforts to revive it.� Moreover, we are assisting farmers in their livelihoods by bringing back this long-extinct thing.� It's our initiative to also give female farmers an opportunity to earn their livelihood
