Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- Stevia, to taste
Method:
- In a blender, combine the avocado, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cacao powder. Blend until smooth.
- Add stevia to taste and blend again to mix.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, let the ice cream soften slightly at room temperature.
