For Stovetop Cooking:
For 1 cup of Khichdi mix, add 4.5-5 cups of water.
Once the water starts boiling, add the khichdi mix, give it a good stir, and cover with a lid.
Cook until the grains turn mushy (about 10-15 minutes).
Serve hot, garnished with ghee.
For Pressure Cooker:
Use 4 cups of water for 1 cup of mix.
Close the lid and pressure cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
Note: This Millet Khichdi mix already contains salt. Before serving, taste and add more if required.
