The company was founded by a group of like-minded people who believed in creating a food chain that is good for you and the earth. IKAI is a group of passionate farmers, food processors, and food lovers. Some belong to tribes that have traditionally practiced natural, inclusive, and sustainable methods of farming and primary processing. The rest have adopted a more scientific way. What binds us all is the fact that we believe that nature is not to be interfered with. For the travelers and food lovers who are curious and experimental with cooking.
