Ingredients:
1/3 cup jaggery powder/grated jaggery
2 tbsp dry ginger powder
1/2 tbsp You Balance
1/4 tsp pepper powder
3-4 tbsp A2 ghee
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Method:
- Mix jaggery, dry ginger powder, your spice blend, and pepper powder in a bowl.
- Slowly add melted ghee to the dry mix.
- Combine everything with your fingers until it forms a dough wet enough to bind together.
- Pinch out a bit of dough and roll it into small balls (about the size of a marble).
- Form more balls of the same size until all the dough is used up.
- Store the balls in an airtight container. They will remain good at room temperature for up to 10 days.
