We have ethically sourced and milled cold pressed millet flours, cold pressed oils and a2 desi pahadi cow�s ghee . Gharat ka Atta is cold-grinded wheat flour that is only found in the Himalayas. Unlike steel rolling, where rollers heat up the flour and deteriorate most of the minerals and vitamins, water milling retains all of the nutrients.
