Take 5 cups of boiling water with salt and few drops of oil, add the noodles to the boiling water for 5 to 8 mins and strain in a sieve. Wash with cold water. In a separate pan, heat oil and saute some chili, garlic, and onions until they turn brown. Now add some vegetables and spices of your choice and saute for 2-3m mins, add salt, sauces and the tastemaker. Now add the boiled noodles and stir lightly. Serve hot.
It can also be used to make slurpy noodles.
